Gear Hive designs and sells premium recording studio furniture. All products are crafted with attention to detail and built to order unless otherwise noted.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from Gear Hive.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Most of our products are made to order. Lead times may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase or at the websites announcement bar.

  • Once your order is received, we’ll begin production and send tracking info once it ships.

  • You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.

4. Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

  • We accept secure payments through Stripe.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Gear Hive does not store full credit card information.

5. Shipping

  • We ship to the U.S. and select international locations.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Gear Hive is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs for international orders.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Because most items are made-to-order, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gearhivestudioracks.com.

  • Cancellations may only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase and must be requested by email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, photos, logos, product designs, and layouts, is the intellectual property of Gear Hive and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gear Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
